ENDERBY funtastic
Every Canada Day Long Weekend slo-pitch teams from across the province converge at Riverside Park and Ball Diamonds. For 2026, the tournament runs from Friday, June 26 to Monday, June 29 and the theme is Cowboys & Aliens.
This 40-team slo-pitch tournament has been held in Enderby over the Canada Day long weekend for the past 26 years. The purpose of the tournament is to introduce people to our community and raise important funds for recreation-oriented projects like minor softball and baseball.
THE ROLE
- This is an annual, four-day event that depends on volunteers to run the information booth, ticket sales, merchandise sales, beer gardens, and more.
- Some helpful skills would include:
- A sound knowledge of the rules of slo-pitch
- A basic understanding of the local area to answer questions from first time visitors
